Generally, this service is being provided for journalism organizations and other groups who are probably looking for speakers at no or very low cost, or will reimburse you for expenses and perhaps offer a small stipend. This Speaker's Bureau service of SND is free.

SND will edit the entries occasionally for consistency of information and relevance.

If your services tend more towards consulting, free-lance and speaking for large fees, then you might want to also join the Consultant Finder data base that SND provides. There is a fee for that service.
